| The law of England shall apply to this Agreement
irrespective of the place of delivery.
1. PRICES
(a) All prices are in GBP (British Pounds) .
(b) Any orders placed with Nile Trading Ltd.will be converted
from GBP (British Pounds) into your currency by your credit/debit
card company when they process the order.
(c) When you place your order, you are offered the use of a secure
server. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information
you input before it is sent to us.
2. SELLER
The seller is Nile Trading Ltd. Registered in England
No. 2578204. Registered office Nile House, 22 Pingle Street, Northgate,
Leicester, LE3 5DB.
3. ORDER ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
Your order will be acknowledged on our web site on
the understanding that delivery is subject to availability. We reserve
the right to refuse to supply any individual or company. All orders
will be acknowledged via the customer's e-mail within 4 working
days of placing the order. Occasionally we may be unable to deliver
if stock runs out or is withdrawn or circumstances arise beyond
our control but if there is a problem, we will let you know as soon
as we can by e-mail. If this happens you will be given an immediate
refund of any payment made. This will discharge any liability for
failure to deliver the goods in question.
4. DELIVERY
(a) Our aim is to deliver goods approximately 7 working
days in the U.K. after receiving your order. Delivery
of the goods to the rest of the world will depend upon the location,
but will typically take between 7-21
working days after receiving your order. We will let you know as
soon as we can if a delay is anticipated
via e-mail. We shall not accept liability for late delivery by the
carrier. All custom duties and taxes applicable
within a foreign territory shall be the sole responsibility of the
buyer.
(b) Claims for shortages or damages will only be entertained if
they are communicated to us by fax, letter
or e-mail to our Customer Services Desk, (see below) within 30 days
from the receipt of the goods.
(c) If an item arrives damaged or is incorrect then please return
it within 30 days in its original packaging,
accompanied by an explanation.
(d) A signature will be required to acknowledge delivery. The signature
of the person accepting delivery at the
delivery address will be proof that you or the person, to whom the
order is addressed, has received the delivery.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
5. CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND SERVICE DEPARTMENT
If you require further information or support in placing
your order our customer service department can be contacted on (0116)
242 6970, (standard rate call cost) and is open between 9am-5pm

We will endeavour to respond to all e-mails within 2 working days.
6. COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE
We praise ourselves in dealing and responding to customer
complaints within 5 working days. All complaints are treated in
the strictest of confidence, fairly and effectively by our customer
services department. If by any chance your complaint has not been
dealt with effectively or within 5 working days, (unless further
time is needed to elucidate the position) you may wish to proceed
to the Customer Services Manager at the address below.
7. CANCELLATION RIGHTS
As a customer you are given the right to cancel the
order within 7 working days, without giving a reason. The 7 day
period commences from the day after the day you receive the goods.
The cost of returning the goods will rest with the customer. In
the event of cancellation occurring all monies will be refunded
within 30 days, if not sooner.
8. PRIVACY POLICY
We value the privacy of our clients. Therefore, any
information given at the time of the ordering and registering process
will not be used by us or passed on to third parties for marketing
purposes. We guarantee to comply with the standards, procedures
and requirements laid down in the Data Protection Acts of 1984 and
1988 to ensure that the personal information you give is kept secure
and processed lawfully and fairly. If further information is required

9. GENERAL
(a)
The reproduction of colours is as accurate as the photographic and
production process will allow.
(b) All matters concerning and incidental to any offer or agreement
for the purchase and sale of goods from
our web site shall be construed and governed according to English
Law and English courts shall have
jurisdiction in all such matters.
(c) Title of goods supplied by us shall pass to the buyer upon payment
price in full.
Until the price of the goods has been paid in full the relationship
between ourselves and the customer in respect of the goods shall
be that of bailer and bailee and should the buyer sell the goods
before paying ourselves for them, he shall do so at his own risk.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
